Its been a long time coming. This blog that is. And I have kept this blog in my head for sooo long I feel am a bit late now. But better late than ever

The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step. And I have decided to take that small step today. There is something great about beginning something. There is some anticipation, a coming to birth and a trepidation- not knowing what we are creating here.

I have always been interested in letting others in on the secrets of a chosen few who make money passively by internet marketing.

The past couple of months, I have extensively studied how the brain works. And alas, its like a muscle. The more you use it, the more you grow it, otherwise atrophy happens. I have also learnt that habit maketh the man and I want to grow a new habit. Moreover, the human being is a creative and limitless being. But for most people-I included, it’s always easier to consume rather than produce. That is why its easier to read a book than write one, watch a soap than write a soap etc.

By now, you might be asking yourself what you should expect to learn from this blog. Sorry folks, this is not the beginning of a new semester and the lecturer is introducing a new story. All the same, expect to learn about internet marketing, affiliate programs, internet scams, passive income and other interesting topics I may want to engage in from time to time.

I have done a lot of reading on the internet the past one year, moving from blog to blog, hunting the most interesting blogs and testing whether the law of attraction really works. I have found out that I always go back to the most interesting blogs that have PASSION and always strive to add value to my personal growth and development.

I have realized that the blogs that most resonate with me are those that teach me how to grow as a person( eg Steve Pavlinas blog ), how to make money online-while freeing my time, and how to use the most of my human potential. Blogs and websites on how to make quick buck online, how to get paid for doing nothing etc have been fleeting and have fallen off my interest radar.

You will notice I have a big weakness for affiliate programs. Deep down me, I am a salesman, hence my weakness to promote affiliate programs.

On my blog name

I wanted to call myself, affiliate-journey, after my mentor Yaro Starak of www.entrepreneurs-journey.com . The focus of my blog is reviewing affiliate products hence the name affiliate, and this is a learning journey for me hence affiliates Journey

Just the way I have grown by reading other people’s blogs, I hope that you can learn alot from my blog and replicate some of the methods and ways I shall uncover by reviewing affiliate programs.
